Cancellation & Appointment Change Policy To respect both your time and mine, a valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking, but it is held on file in accordance with the policies outlined below. Cancellations, Rescheduling, or Service Changes If you need to cancel, reschedule, or change services booked, I require at least 48 hours notice. Changes made within this window- including downgrading or removing services- may be subject to a fee of 50-100% of the scheduled service total, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you. Late Arrival Policy (15+ Minutes Late) To ensure a smooth experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or modify services booked. In some cases a late cancellation fee 50-100% of the service cost may apply. No- Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged the full amount of the scheduled services. Agreement to Policy By booking an appointment and providing your credit card information, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any service, deposit, cancellation or products.
